Please take note of the cancellation policy for this event: we want to be as flexible and helpful as possible, while still trying to plan events effectively with other dancers, teachers and with the venues we use, and to minimize costs for our customers.

Refund policy

There is no refund policy for cancellations by dancers.

Gender Balancing

We aim where possible to gender balance all events, providing equal opportunity for male and female dancers to attend our freestyle and offering the best possible social and dance experience.

Restrictions

For pre-booked events such as this freestyle, we may need to restrict ticket sales if numbers become unbalanced or where room allocation requires it.

Cancellation by the organiser

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel this event, a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event (where possible) will be made.
