Class Night!

Modern Blues classes in Buckden are held on Monday evenings!


After 19 years of teaching Modern Blues, we know a thing or two about this fabulous dance style – and how to help you become the dancer you want to be.


Every lesson includes hints, tips and advice on Musicality, Styling, Technique, all the fundamentals and more.


We don’t just teach moves, Modern Blues dancing is so much more than that; as the song so famously says, ‘Blues is a feeling’, and we can teach you that feeling.


...This is what Mondays are all about!


A class that is taught by fully-qualified teachers, who have been dancing Modern Blues since the dawn of Modern Blues dancing, up to 2hrs of freestyle (with free tea/coffee/biscuits!) – and all for only £10!

  • No need to bring a partner.
  • Just turn up and we’ll get you started.

    So only pay for the classes you attend

    • Cash only (we do not use a card machine)
    • Bank Transfer (If there is internet connection, it may be possible to pay by bank transfer, but funds must clear before entry)

  • REFRESHMENTS

    FOOD/DRINK

    • Fresh chilled water
    • Tea / Coffee (Semi-Skimmed Milk and Sugar)
    • Biscuits and other snacks

    NO BAR!


    However, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks.


    Please can we invite you to consider bringing your own glass/bottle to help us reduce our reliance on disposable cups. 


    KITCHEN AREA

    • A kitchen is available,
    • Please can we invite you to show consideration to fellow dancers and be tidy. Please can we also encourage you to consider the potential threat of food allergens and intolerances.
