..enhanced connection, clarity of both lead and follow, and the ability to adapt to the music that we dance to - THIS is where the truly exciting parts of dancing are revealed!
We are running an Advance your Dance workshop that will be divided into 3 distinct parts.
We consider this to be the perfect way to focus on each aspect of the routes to improvement.
Hour One:
Exploring the subtleties of...
Breathwork Connection
Micro Movements
Respectful and Consensual Intimate-Hold Connection
Hour Two:
Technique Improvement
Giving the music what it is asking for
Embellishments to enhance, not distract.
Hour Three:
A smooth, stylish sequence that allows you to incorporate all of the above.
We can't guarantee that we'll turn you into an Advanced BluesFusion , dancer in the course of one workshop - but we can certainly give you skills to practice to set you in the right direction!
Pre-booking for the workshop is essential so that we can ensure a decent lead/follow balance.
Following the workshop there will be a
Blues Emotion Freestyle.
A fabulous, intimate event where the music played lends itself perfectly to everything we will be teaching.
