Blues Inclusive

Aimed at those who have yet to win or place at any previous competitions AND for those who are taking their first steps into competing.

We are looking for dancers to be able to execute with flair and confidence:
-            Competent use of lead / follow throughout the dance – beyond simply executing moves.

-             Appropriate enhancement / styling that does not detract from the lead / follow within the dance

-             An understanding / portrayal of the music that includes breaks, pauses, pace change, timing and a reflection of the ‘feeling’ of the music.

Open to all BUT you cannot enter if you have been a teacher, demo or DJ (for any style of dance) AND you can only enter if you have never won, or been placed, in a partner-dance competition (any style) before the CBC weekend (apart from Best-of-Luck type competitions)
