ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take note of the cancellation policy for this event: we want to be as flexible and helpful as possible, while still trying to plan events effectively with other dancers, teachers and with the venues we use, and to minimize costs for our customers.

Refund policy

We offer a discretionary refund for unavoidable cancellation notifications received up t0 14 days prior to the event - minus a 10% administration fee..

All dancers must have purchased an event entry ticket to be able to enter a competition category.  If a competition category ticket is purchased without an event entry ticket the dancer will not be permitted to dance in the competition.

Payments received for Competition Entries from individuals that have not purchased a day or weekend pass will not be refunded..

Restrictions

Some categories (such as Centre Stage) may warrant the restriction of ticket sales due to scheduling commitments

Cancellation by the organiser

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel this event, a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event (where possible) will be made.

Should you choose not to attend the event, you are permitted to organise the sale of your ticket, but you must notify the organiser so that names can be amended on the ticket.. 

Please note, it is not our responsibility to arrange the sale of the ticket for you.
