Terms & Conditions

Please take note of the cancellation policy for this event: we want to be as flexible and helpful as possible, while still trying to plan events effectively with other dancers, teachers and with the venues we use, and to minimize costs for our customers.

Weekend Retreats

We aim to gender balance all our events as much as possible. A late cancellation causes problems both for us, as event organisers, and for other attendees affected by the gender imbalance, since our weekend events tend to sell out. Whenever possible you should aim to transfer/sell your gender-specific space if you are unable to attend and notify us of the change by email

Refund policy

Reservation Deposits: We do not refund advance deposits when requested by dancers.

Balances: There is a balance refund for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the event, less a 10% handling charge.

Note: We do not offer refunds less than 28 days prior to the event.

If you need to cancel: Whenever possible you should aim to transfer/sell your gender-specific space if you are unable to attend.   We also request that you notify us of your intention to cancel and, preferably, details of the person you intend to sell the ticket too.

Role Balance - Lead & Follow tickets

We aim where possible to gender balance all events, providing equal opportunity for male and female dancers to attend workshops and offering the best possible social and dance experience. Equal numbers of male and female tickets are available for all workshops.

Restrictions

For pre-booked events such as this weekend retreat, we may need to restrict ticket sales if numbers become unbalanced or where room allocation requires it.

Cancellation by the organiser

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel this event, a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event (where possible) will be made.
